Information: Those MCUSTA Zanmai cooking hochos are japanese hochos made with VG-10 stainless steel. The 3P series have a elegant handle with a Nickel-Silver ring whilst 2P series have a Nickel-Silver bolster and a damascus blade. Not dishwasher safe.
