Information:
Those MCUSTA Zanmai cooking hochos are japanese hochos made with VG-10 stainless steel. The 3P series have a elegant handle with a Nickel-Silver ring whilst 2P series have a Nickel-Silver bolster and a damascus blade. Not dishwasher safe.
The MCUSTA company was knowed by the pocket knives.
The MCUSTA cooking hochos have a blade with a core of high-quality VG-10 steel, often in addition with 32 layers Damas steel.
The slight handle made of laminated black Pakka Wood and Nickel-Silver gives a ligth apparence.
The blades of the hochos are marked MCUSTA, a Japanese ambiance!

The NAKIRI-USUBA-KAMAGATA knives:
¤ the traditional Japanese vegetable knife
¤ best suited for cutting all sorts of vegetables
¤ despite its shape not suitable for chopping bones
¤ Attention:
NEVER use a Nakiri knife for chopping bones and fish bones !
 
Only the DEBA knife is suitable for this work.
